Return & Exchange Policies

We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from Bebe Couture. You may return most items you purchase from us within 30 days, with an original receipt, and a Return Authorization Number (Minus Shipping Costs).

Bebe Couture offers many items that are custom made especially for you upon order. Unfortunately, custom-made and personalized items are not returnable since they are made just for you.

  • Hand painted, personalized, custom designed artworks and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned, as they are custom made especially for you upon order, to your specifications. If an item is custom made, it will be stated in the item’s description. If you are unsure if an item is returnable, please call us for more details before placing order.
  • If an exception is made for returning a custom-made item, a restocking fee may apply.

  • We will accept returns under the following guidelines:
    1. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
    2. Products must be new, unused and undamaged, and with tags intact and be returned in their original packaging
    3. Please include a copy of the receipt/invoice sent with your order
    4. Shipping and Handling Charges are Non Refundable. If you received FREE Shipping,
    we WILL deduct your shipping charges from your refund.
    5. All Reduced or Clearance/Sale item sales are FINAL, returns accepted for In Store Credit Only
    6. Please note: that limited edition, custom-made and personalized items are NOT Returnable
    7. Please fill out and complete our RETURN/EXCHANGE form below in order to expedite your return
    8.Returns WILL NOT be accepted without a return authorization number approved by Bebe Couture.

    Just wrap the item(s) in its original packaging and follow these simple steps:
    Please return your gift with an insured carrier. (e.g. Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post)
    and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case the gift is damaged or lost in transit.
    Bebe Couture is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
